Housing with usb, part 2

Following the topic of the installation of a musical thread with capture usb, I begin to describe the assembly.

Also I am going to disappoint when I say that it is not possible to mount a musical thread if the made preinstallation does not have, that is to say, the prepared pipes fixed in the walls and the hollows in the roof for the loudspeakers.

In this case I have gone to the practical thing.

The heart of the system is a radio - cd bargain sale. The one that I have used cost me 23 euros. I it saw so cheap that I bought two.

Badly there goes the country in which it goes out cheaper to dress than to start making.

It must take logically remote control, usb entry and radio, attention, with digital tuning (that is to say, that could change and look for the broadcasting stations from the control).

Considering little potency of the radio - cd, I used the circuit of a few loudspeakers of computer to amplify and the loudspeakers once disarmed to place them in the roof.

I have not had time to do a scheme, but the thing is very simple. The radiocd feeds to the amplifier across the capture of earphones, both are placed in the false roof. From the amplifier the loudspeakers feed.

The entry USB extends up to the mechanism placed in the wall. Also one prolongs up to the mechanism along with the usb, the cables for the ignition 230 V. of the system. According to the current BT regulation, both cables must go in different pipes.

Also according to the electronic tradition, if parallels go and relatively close, the cable USB must be foolish. I have screened the two, just in case.

It already only stays to prolong up to the grill of the loudspeaker the recipient of infrared. (also foolish cable).

In the photos I show how I have proceeded. The radio is dressed cd and there are eliminated not necessary parts, like the area of the CD. I have joined all the electronics in a tupperware, so that I occupy less place. (in the end I do not save so much too much space either).

Safety. Not to disarm electrical and electronic devices if sufficient knowledge is not. The existing tensions can be mortal even with the disconnected device. I have used glasses of protection and insulating gloves. An experimental assembly must be watched and used in laboratory conditions.
